This fragrant Greek seasoning is filled with oregano, garlic, dill and other Mediterranean herbs. It's delicious with chicken, lamb, fish, roasted potatoes, vegetables and homemade salad dressings.

Method
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl or jar.
Stir until evenly combined, gently crushing any larger herbs between your fingers.
Use immediately or store in an airtight container in a cool, dry cupboard for up to six months.
Shake or stir before each use.
How to Use It
Chicken, lamb, pork or fish: Use 1 to 2 tablespoons per pound.
Roasted potatoes or vegetables: Use 1 tablespoon per pound.
Greek salad dressing: Whisk 1 teaspoon into olive oil, red wine vinegar and fresh lemon juice.
Marinade: Combine 1 tablespoon with olive oil, lemon juice and a little extra garlic.
Rice or grain bowls: Add 1 to 2 teaspoons while cooking.
Melissa's Notes
Add fresh lemon juice when cooking or preparing a marinade to give the seasoning a bright, classic Greek flavour.
For a salt-free blend, omit the salt and season the finished dish to taste.
If you don't have dried dill, leave it out or add a little extra parsley.
This seasoning is especially good on lamb skewers served with homemade tzatziki.
