Make Any Version
In a mason jar or container with a lid, combine the base ingredients: oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup. Stir well.
Add your chosen flavour mix-ins and stir again until fully combined.
Seal and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours). The oats will absorb the liquid and thicken beautifully.
In the morning, give it a stir. Add a splash more milk if you prefer a looser consistency.
Add your toppings and enjoy cold straight from the jar — or warm gently in the microwave for 60–90 seconds.
Melissa's Notes
Old-fashioned rolled oats give the best texture — avoid instant oats. These keep well in the fridge for up to 4 days, making them perfect for meal prep. Make all three versions on Sunday and you've got breakfast sorted for the week.
