Serves
2 s'mores
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a small baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Break the graham crackers in half to make 4 squares.
Place one marshmallow on two of the graham cracker halves.
Spread 2 teaspoons of peanut butter on each of the remaining graham cracker halves, then top with the chocolate chips or a square of your favourite chocolate.
Bake for up to 5 minutes, or until the marshmallows are lightly golden and the chocolate has started to melt.
Carefully remove the pan from the oven. Gently press the marshmallow side and the chocolate side together to make each s'more.
Let them cool for a minute or two before taking a bite — the filling will be very hot!
Melissa's Notes
Creamy peanut butter melts beautifully, but crunchy peanut butter adds a delicious bit of texture.
For extra gooey s'mores, swap the chocolate chips for a square of your favourite chocolate bar.
Keep a close eye on the marshmallows during the last minute of baking — they can brown quickly.
These are best enjoyed warm, fresh from the oven.
